FDA Prescription Policy-
A prescription is required for the purchase of all CPAP,BiPAP, Auto machines and CPAP masks.

Air Affiliates, Inc. Internet Return Policy-
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: opened items cannot be returned.

Air Affiliates, Inc. Warranty Policy.
The manufacturer of your product will determine if the item is replaceable under warranty. If you feel your item is defective, please e-mail (CustomerService@CPAPFIRST.com) or call Air Affiliates, Inc. (865-386-3869) We will contact the manufacturer and send a replacement if applicable.
*CPAP Machines are typically covered for 2 years, and masks for 90 days. Warranties only cover manufacturer defects. Normal wear, drops, water damage, etc. will not be covered by manufacturer warranties.

We have a Respiratory Therapist on staff that can walk you though the set-up process and answer any questions you may have about your CPAP Machine or Mask. Please call our customer service line to schedule a phone appointment with the Respiratory Therapist.
