Air Affiliates, Inc. Internet Return Policy- Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: opened items cannot be returned.

You will receive an e-mail once the items have been received, and again when your refund has been processed.

Air Affiliates, Inc. Warranty Policy. The manufacturer of your product will determine if the item is replaceable under warranty. If you feel your item is defective, please e-mail (CustomerService@CPAPFIRST.com) or call Air Affiliates, Inc. (615-509-9882) We will contact the manufacturer and send a replacement if applicable.

*CPAP Machines are typically covered for 2 years, and masks for 90 days. Warranties only cover manufacturer defects. Normal wear, drops, water damage, etc. will not be covered by manufacturer warranties.
